I found a cybercafe in walking distance that offers an affordable rate (expensive, but not as much as the other one I visited yesterday). It's nestled at around the corner, about a block away from the apartment. I saw it when I went to get keys copied.

I wish I hadn't.

Now I'm going to have a whole bunch of trouble trying to resist the temptation to go online everyday.
